Refundable Design Deposit

By submitting a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Design Deposit
Your payment secures your mural design process and reserves time for planning, creative development, and scheduling. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your mural project.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy at any point before paint is applied to the wall, you may request a full refund of your deposit. No questions asked.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available up until physical painting begins. Once paint has been applied to the wall, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. Scope & Sizing Confirmation
Mural size selections (Small / Medium / Large) are used as an initial estimate. Final scope, wall dimensions, and pricing will be confirmed during the design phase. If adjustments are needed, we will review options with you before moving forward.

5. Design Process
Your deposit includes the creation of a custom mood board, color palette, and mural mockups based on the approved direction. Revisions are included as outlined in your selected package.

6. Final Payment
The remaining project balance is due only after the design has been approved and prior to mural installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Scheduling & Access
Installation timelines are coordinated after design approval and may be subject to availability, travel logistics, and site readiness.

8. Intellectual Property
All mural designs remain the intellectual property of Let’s Go Murals until full payment is received. Let’s Go Murals reserves the right to photograph completed murals for portfolio and marketing use.

9. Cancellations
You may cancel your project at any time prior to installation. If cancellation occurs before painting begins, your deposit will be refunded in full.
